HTC were the first manufacturer to launch a Google Android powered phone back in 2008. Members of the Open Handset Alliance (OHA), HTC produced the G1 handset exclusively for the T-Mobile network.
The HTC G1 was released by T-Mobile in the UK on October 30, 2008. Since then HTC have released numerous Android phones including the popular HTC Magic and HTC Hero (also known as the T-Mobile G2 Touch) handsets.
Following on from their successful 2009 Android handsets, HTC are getting ready to launch their most advanced Android phones to date - the Google Nexus One and the HTC Bravo. Both handsets are expected to launch across the United Kingdom during the first half of 2010.
